Our Prevention Policy For COVID-19
The Fly High Cosmetics and Accessories S-Corp team has taken full action and responsibility to keep our staff and customers safe. All staff are required to take the COVID-19 test biweekly and have the option to receive the vaccine until it is legally mandatory. All areas of the store warehouse are sanitized, steamed, and disinfected daily. All staff members are required to wear masks and gloves when handling products and shipments to ensure the safety of our customers.
Please note that the impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national mail to be delayed and causing many restrictions.
Fly High Cosmetics and Accessories S-Corp is not responsible for late, damaged, or lost shipments after our company has delivered the product(s) to the postal service of the customer choice.
When customers receive their shipment, please disinfect the box or Polly Mailer before opening the package to ensure your safety and practice of staying germ-free.
Please note that some items, along with our cosmetic items, cannot be returned because of COVID-19. For more information, please read our return policy found on the checkout page.
