Dropshipping Item Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached within seven (7) business days of receipt. Vendors will only accept returns via the provided shipping return label. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer's original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted to the buyer's original payment method may vary depending on the bank. A refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return request.
Dropshipping Order and Shipping Policy
All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of the order date and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of the order. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.
Please ensure addresses are correctly input on orders when checking out on flyhighcosmeticsandaccesories.com.
Currently, our dropshipping vendors ship to all 50 states within the U.S., including APOs and FPOs and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For security reasons, the USA vendors do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
The USA vendors do not officially support shipping to countries other than the U.S. but plan to offer international shipping soon.
Packages returned to vendors' warehouses due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.
The vendors and flyhighcosmeticsandaccessories.com are not responsible for any items or packages lost during transit, nor for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier.
